除馀機 Wheat Huller

小麥在清選加工前的處理設(shè)備，防止篩選設(shè)備篩孔堵塞，提高篩選、比重清選機的除雜效果。

通過主軸低速運轉(zhuǎn)的刮板及打桿不間斷的攪動、摩擦作用，將麥穗或麥殼中的小麥脫殼;筒內(nèi)充滿程度與摩擦力可調(diào)節(jié)，并獲得最佳脫殼效果。

This is a pre-processing machine for wheat before cleaning, designed to prevent clogging of sieve openings and improve the impurity removal efficiency of screening machines and gravity separators.

Through the continuous stirring and friction action of scrapers and beating rods rotating at low speed on the main shaft, wheat is threshed from wheat ears or husks. The filling level and friction force inside the chamber are adjustable to achieve optimal threshing performance.
