4. 大袋爬坡輸送機(jī)：碳鋼噴塑制作，草紋皮帶設(shè)計(jì)，把大包裝提升到碼垛手方便抓取高度。

5. 檢重秤及自動(dòng)剔除：采用最先進(jìn)高速數(shù)字處理技術(shù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)高速，穩(wěn)定檢測(cè)。

Palletizing System

1. Robot Base: Custom fabricated according to the dimensions of the robot pedestal.

2. Palletizing Control System: Automated control system with independent PLC control for the entire line, dedicated electrical cabinet, and touchscreen operation. Real-time operating status can be monitored, and abnormal conditions are displayed on the touchscreen.

3. Bag Turning Machine: Pneumatic bag tipping system that lays bags flat before transferring them onto the conveyor.

4. Large Bag Inclined Conveyor: Made of powder-coated carbon steel with a rough-surface belt design, lifting large bags to a height suitable for robotic gripping.

5. Checkweigher with Automatic Rejection: Utilizes advanced high-speed digital processing technology for fast and stable weight inspection.
