低溫、低循環(huán)（批次）干燥機(jī) Low-Temperature Batch Circulating Dryer

1、批次干燥，每批循環(huán)次數(shù)6~7次，降低破碎率，水分在線檢測

2、加熱燃料：天然氣、生物質(zhì)顆粒、柴油、煤碳、電

3、每批干燥產(chǎn)量：30噸~50噸（以水稻、潮糧為準(zhǔn)）

4、每批干燥時(shí)間：水稻種子32~36t/h（水分從30%烘至12%）

水稻糧食16~20t/h（水分從30%烘至14%）

5、干燥段高度：4~5.4m  降水率：0.5~1.2%/h

6、功率：32.34~34.2kW

7、烘干方式：滿倉后30分鐘靜止，10分鐘翻動(dòng)一次，依次循環(huán)。

1. Batch drying process with 6–7 circulation cycles per batch, reducing seed damage and equipped with online moisture monitoring.

2. Heating fuel options: natural gas, biomass pellets, diesel, coal, or electricity.

3. Batch capacity: 30–50 tons per batch (based on wet paddy).

4. Drying time per batch:

   Paddy seed: 32–36 hours (moisture reduced from 30% to 12%)

   Paddy grain: 16–20 hours (moisture reduced from 30% to 14%)

5. Drying section height: 4–5.4 m

   Moisture reduction rate: 0.5–1.2% per hour

6. Power consumption: 32.34–34.2 kW

7. Drying method: After the silo is fully loaded, the material remains stationary for 30 minutes, followed by turning every 10 minutes in repeated circulation cycles.
